Orders

When you buy, we receive the details needed to take the order and post it: your name, email, delivery address, the items, and a phone number if you give one. Payment is taken in checkout. We do not store your full card number.

Each item is printed for that order. The print partner receives your name and delivery address, and what to print, so the goods can be made and posted. We do not sell your details.

Messages

If you email us, or join the shop list, we use that to reply or to send the notes you asked for. You can ask us to stop.

Cookies

Shopify sets cookies so the shop can remember your basket, keep checkout secure, and remember the storefront password while the shop is locked. These are needed to sell the goods.

This shop does not have its own advertising pixel. Checkout and payment providers may set their own cookies when you pay. You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking the necessary ones can stop the basket and checkout. A longer note is on the cookie page inside the shop.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-law rules require, and for as long as we need them to deal with the order, a return, or a complaint. List details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
