Change of mind

If you are a consumer, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email us inside those 14 days. You then have 14 days to post the goods back.

Each piece is printed for the order. Send it back unused, with tags on if it had them, and in a condition fit to resell. You pay the return postage on a change-of-mind return. We are telling you that here, before you order.

If printing has not started, email us and we will cancel the order. If it has started, the 14-day period above still applies once the goods arrive.

Faulty or wrong

If the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email us with the order number and photos. We will refund or replace them, and we pay reasonable return postage. You also have the 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not take that away.

What we refund

On a change-of-mind cancellation of the whole order, we refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery you paid. We do not refund an express upgrade on a change-of-mind return. If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, we refund the full amount you paid, including postage.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you showing they have been sent.
