These terms cover the shop at shop.theawakeningmovieltd.com. The seller is Awakening Movie Limited, company number 13756773, registered office The Stables, 23b Lenten Street, Alton, Hampshire, England, GU34 1HG. Email hello@theawakeningmovieltd.com. The shop name is The Awakening Movie.

The film site is separate. Buying here does not buy a ticket, a download, or a share of the film.

The contract

Product pages are an invitation to order. The contract is made when we accept your order, which is when checkout sends the order confirmation. We can refuse an order if there is a pricing error, we cannot post to the address, or the item cannot be printed.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Postage is extra and is the rate shown at checkout. See Shipping.

The goods

Items are official merchandise for The Awakening and are printed for your order. Colour and placement can differ slightly from the photo on screen. You are buying the finished item for personal use. You do not get a licence to copy the artwork, stills, or logos onto other goods.

Delivery and risk

We post to the address you give. For consumers, the goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you. After that, your statutory rights still apply if the goods are faulty or not as described. Returns are on the returns page.

Using the shop

Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or scrape it in a way that harms the shop or other customers.

Liability

Nothing in these terms cuts out liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss that is not a foreseeable result of breaking this contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales deal with disputes, except where consumer law where you live lets you sue at home.
